About Biz Culture
The Biz Culture e-book "KING OF YOUR CASTLE One Step At A Time" is an innovative entrepreneurial development toolkit aimed at providing new and existing entrepreneurs the best outcome possible to explore business opportunities, skills development and challenges to succeed in operating a micro or small to medium enterprise. The step-by-step manual serves as an effective resource to develop broad-based economic empowerment; the purpose of the manual is to construct a more vibrant entrepreneurial culture in South Africa.
Our
philosophy is simple
We believe that small, medium and micro enterprises represent an important
vehicle to address the challenges of job creation, economic growth and equity
in the country. Business entrepreneurs play a critical role in absorbing
human resources, penetrating new markets and generally expanding economics
in creative and innovative ways. By empowering individuals to embark on
self-employment the economy is diversified, productivity is enhanced, investment
is stimulated and entrepreneurship flourishes. The outcome of an effective
self-employed sector not only means the elimination of personal debt and
poverty, but also the growth of an empowered nation.
Solution
to Youth Unemployment
While
a major incentive of Biz Culture is to meet the challenges of youth unemployment
(it is estimated that about one-third of school leavers will not find formal
sector employment or go on to further tertiary education) the product is
also applicable to retirees, home-based individuals, and the criminally
convicted whose societal re-entry could be facilitated through self-employment.
The toolkit therefore provides a platform for individuals to explore the
vast possibilities of operating micro or small to medium enterprises to
test the waters for a future career. Our custom-developed Toolkit provides
practical, step-by-step solutions and advice, as well as introductions to
all relevant SMME resources countrywide.
